Our mission is to provide the best health care possible for our patients and our community and to be a conduit to specialists and available treatments throughout our region.
When making your first appointment with Chadron Medical Clinic, P.C. you will be asked to choose a provider for your first visit. As a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) clinic, it is our hope that you will choose a provider who will remain your primary care provider for the duration of your continuing and ongoing care here (although changes can be made at any time). Having a defined primary care provider is notably beneficial to a patient over time. A defined provider comes to know you well and as such can offer you the best and most effective care.
Appointments are available by contacting our reception desk in person, by phone at 308-432-4441 or can be requested through the website or our health portal site through your personal account. Please call to cancel if you unable to keep a scheduled appointment for any reason. Our providers work hard to keep up with their appointment schedule but sometimes circumstances beyond our control do put us behind. Please talk to the front desk personnel if you have any concerns about the length of time you have waited and we will work with you to get you in as soon as possible.
Laboratory and Radiology services are provided by Chadron Community Hospital. The hospital is a completely separate business entity and as such their billing and record keeping is completely separate. You will need to present all insurance and payment information to the hospital admissions desk any time you have these services done in conjunction with a visit with one of our providers. They will send you a bill independent of the bill you receive from Chadron Medical Clinic for your services with our providers.
